Submit a client activation request

Simply send in the new client form and we'll get you added to our system. You will receive an activation email from us once added.

Click the link in the email we send you. From here you will sign a service agreement, put a card on file, and input your pet and home details.

Now you can begin requesting services! Download the iOS or Android App, or you can you use the Customer Web Portal.
